Many people have their own hyper-fixations. The kinds of things we just can’t get enough of, whether it’s a game, show, or book series. I have quite a few that I switch between periodically. However, currently, my attention often bounces around a few specific things. The open world Genshin Impact, the high stakes of 9-1-1, the humor of Ted Lasso, the intensity of All for the Game, and the adventure of Kingdom Hearts. Each of these stories have their own key elements of trauma for the characters and found family elements.
